Glühweinkuchen

Ingredients

  • 250 g Flour
  • 300 g Butter
  • 300 g Sugar
  • 5 Eggs
  • 3 tbs Cocoa powder
  • ½ tsp Cinnamon
  • ½ tsp Gingerbread spice
  • 1 pack Chocolate shavings
  • 2 tsp Vanilla sugar
  • 125ml mulled wine
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • cake icing, chocolate

Directions

  1. Mix everything except the chocolate icing into a batter and put it in a greased Bundt cake tin.
  2. Bake at 180 degrees for about 50-60 minutes.
  3. Allow to cool.
  4. Cover in chocolate icing.
